The simple pleasure

Paris born Chef Laurent Brouard, lived and fed his fans in 17 countries, has taken over the kitchen at Frenchie Wine Bar. Armed with 3 decades of culinary experience, he is putting the "French" into Frenchie Wine Bar, seamlessly blending the essence of French Cuisine with contemporary touches and ingredients from his travels.


The multi-concept dining venue offers three distinct levels, each with its own character and offerings.​At Frenchie Wine Bar, Chef Laurent believes in using only fresh seasonal produce to bring out the flavors, ensuring all his creations are free from additives and preservatives. The restaurant supports family-run business and traditional methods of production, promoting sustainability in its menu and operations.
