Chef Laurent Brouard, born in Paris, spent his last 30 years working around the world in 17 countries, exploring, experiencing and understanding native flavours and ingredients.
Now at Frenchie, Chef Laurent give French Gastronomy a touch of his adventures which he had experienced for the last 3 decade. With the plate as a canvas, Chef Laurent show and tell his adventures blending French essence cuisine and native ingredients from his adventures.
The Restaurant
Bistronomie, serves rustic French cuisine crafted by Chef Laurent, blending flavors and creating exceptional dishes with a delectable texture and taste. Standout dishes like the Classic Chicken and Mushroom cassolette and Smoked Foie Gras terrine have received high praise from guests who rave about their flavors and quality.
Whiskey Bar &
Magnum Room - Level 2
Level 2 - offers a lounge for corporate clients, a private space for conducting business over drinks and light bites. This level also features a private dining room, where Chef Laurent's set menu with wine pairing can be enjoyed in a quiet and intimate setting.
Level 3 has been transformed into a semi-covered rooftop garden space, offering outdoor seating and a long table for dining or picnicking experiences.
